Chris has been living and working in Somerset for the past 30 years. He uses bold brush strokes and a limited palette to produce paintings which appear fresh and vibrant. His main inspiration comes from the countryside around his home but he also enjoys walking and painting in mountain scenery. He has trained and exhibited successfully in the South West where his paintings have gained an enthusiastic following.

Chris offers watercolour classes at many venues across Exmoor, including Holworthy Farm beside Wimbleball Lake and the National Park Centre at Dulverton. He also teaches at many art group venues either as a single lesson or part of a longer course. Details on his website.
